These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the "SubscSmart" application (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1. Overview

SubscSmart is an app that lets users record and manage their own subscription services. All data is stored on the user's device and is not sent to external servers.

2. Eligibility

This App is intended for users aged 13 and over. Users under 13 should use it under the supervision and consent of a parent or guardian.

3. Paid features (SubscSmart Pro)

Monthly plan: An auto-renewing subscription, subject to the App Store payment terms. The price is displayed localized in the App Store.
Lifetime plan: A one-time purchase that grants permanent access to Pro features. The price is displayed localized in the App Store.
Purchases, cancellations and refunds are governed by the terms of the Apple App Store.
Purchased licenses can be restored on the same Apple ID via "Restore Purchases."

4. Prohibited conduct

Reverse engineering, modifying, or redistributing the App
Using the App for any illegal activity or to cause harm to third parties
Gaining unauthorized access or imposing excessive load using automated tools

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is." Except for liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, we assume no responsibility for any damages arising from use of the App.

6. Changes to or termination of the service

We may change the App's features or discontinue the service without prior notice. Where possible, we will announce important changes in advance within the App or on the App Store page.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive court of first instance for any disputes.

8. Changes to these Terms

If we revise these Terms, we will post the revised version on this page. For important changes, we will also provide notice within the App.

本規約は、アプリ「SubscSmart」（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをダウンロード・利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

1. サービスの概要

SubscSmart は、利用者が自身のサブスクリプションサービスを記録・管理するためのアプリです。すべてのデータは利用者の端末内に保存され、外部サーバーには送信されません。

2. 利用資格

本アプリは 13 歳以上の方を対象としています。13 歳未満の方は保護者の同意のもとで利用してください。

3. 有料機能（SubscSmart Pro）

月額プラン（¥300/月）: 自動更新サブスクリプション。App Store の支払い規定に従います。
買い切りプラン（¥1,000）: 一度の購入で永続的に Pro 機能を利用できます。
購入・解約・返金は Apple App Store の規約に準じます。
購入済みのライセンスは「購入を復元」から同一 Apple ID で復元できます。

4. 禁止事項

本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング・改変・再配布
本アプリを利用した違法行為または第三者への損害行為
自動化ツールによる不正アクセスまたは過負荷をかける行為

5. 免責事項

本アプリは「現状のまま」提供されます。本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、法令上の責任を負う場合を除き、一切の責任を負いません。

6. サービスの変更・終了

予告なく本アプリの機能変更・サービス終了を行う場合があります。重要な変更は可能な限り事前にアプリ内または App Store ページで通知します。

7. 準拠法・管轄

本規約は日本法に準拠し、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

8. 規約の変更

本規約を変更する場合は、改訂版を本ページに掲載します。重要な変更の場合はアプリ内でも通知します。
